Hardware after-sale service

Repaired devices requirements

 All returned devices must be complete. Device case or internal PCB and components lost or man-made damaged(not included device itself problem),we’ll not accept return and repair.

Repaired devices shipping cost

 In one year warranty time, the shipping cost of returned devices from buyer to us will be paid by buyer; Shipping cost of repaired well devices from us to buyer will be paid by us.

Mark: over one year warranty time, all shipping cost will be paid by buyer.

Warranty period

 ■   One month,  we will replace new devices for any problems.
■   One year,  we will repair problem devices free.
■   Three years,  We’ll charge repairing and material cost.
■   Over three years,  warranty expired.

External accessories warranty is one year.

Service before software installation

 ■   Guidance for server purchase.
■   Guidance for network environment.

Install software

 ■   We offer support in client’s server OS optimization and necessary software installation( billing software need clients purchase themselves).
■   Client offers server remote connecting, and we help install our software in client’s server.

Software maintenance

 ■   In three year,  we’ll offer free maintenance, not including software features customization.
■   Software upgrade,  we will offer free upgrade when client need in warranty time.
■   Database backup,  we will offer free service of database backup in warranty time.
■   Over 3 years,  we’ll not offer free maintenance.

Mark: if client’s server was attacked by hacks or virus, or by your own mistake operation, then you need reinstall OS or others yourself. In 3years warranty time, we’ll help you reinstall software free twice at most..

Client’s privacy

 To protect client’s benefit, we promise that we’ll not disclose any data of client’s server. Without prior approval of client, we’ll not modify or configure anything in serve.

Licensing issue

 Since software is normally easily copied, we encrypt in software. Each server has its own hardware key (the key is obtained by our software; If server hardware not change, then key will not change.),we’ll consider different key as different server.
